reservations

The reservation is comfirmed after payment of the deposit of 50%. The remaining amount must be paid before arrival by bank transfer.

residence tax

This tax is €4 per person per night and must be paid on site by exact cash.

cancellation

In case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival, the full amount will be charged. A cancellation must be made in writing.
